Visually Graded. I did play some of Side A and it sounded NM but this has not been played complete. Jacket has hardly any wear and is still in the original shrink with hype sticker. Includes insert and original inner sleeves. Previous owner kept housed in a poly sleeve and climate control environment. Vinyl is as close to NM as you can get. The only reason this isn't listed as NM is because it came to me opened and I am not the original owner. But appears to have been very rarely played. Cleaned
